Selling your home has never been easier!!! Instead of offering just one marketing program like most realtors, I offer sellers a "menu" of services. From a paper-work only low "flat-fee"...to a full blown Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) Marketing program, seller can choose the program or services that they feel they want and need to sell their home.
Yes! I can show your home! Some homeowners have limited availability to show their home, I can be on call to show your home when a prospective buyer is ready to see it!
Yes! I can negotiate the puchase agreement! If the Buyer is interested in buying your home, I can handle all negotiating and paperwork.
Yes! I can oversee the closing process! There are many details that require expert attention once the purchase agreement is excepted. I work hard to ensure that everything tha needs to be done ...gets done. This includes working with the lender, appraiser, inspectors, attorneys, and escrow companies.
